Absolutely! Swoon has zero glycemic impact. In fact, our co-founder Jen is a Type 1 Diabetic and she created Swoon in order to enjoy the sweetness in life without sacrificing flavor.

Yes! Swoon is vegan. We also take allergies and intolerances very seriously. Swoon does not contain any of the top 8 US food allergens as listed by the FDA: Egg, Milk, Peanut, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish, Soybeans, Wheat. Yes, Swoon is keto-friendly! All products have zero sugar and below 2g carbs.

Yes, all Swoon Lemonades and Teas are Kosher certified!

We have seven flavors. Classic (a light and smooth lemonade), Pink (for those with a sweet tooth), Half and Half (black tea plus our classic lemonade), Peach Tea (which some say tastes just like Peach Snapple), Ginger Lemonade (with a fresh ginger zing!), Raspberry Tea (juicy raspberry with black tea), and Lemon Tea (black tea with a squeeze of fresh lemon).

Our Swoon lemonade and iced tea is sweetened with all-natural, plant-based Stevia and Monk Fruit. What else?!
